I love spending time with my family and this is especially true during Sunday Dinners. When I began to see my Nan struggle with food preparation I was concerned and curious so asked what I can do to help. My Nan has Arthritis like many in the UK, lack of dexterity therefore lead to lack of confidence and independence. Cuts and grazes are common occurrences in the Kitchen, why is there no quick fix? And so my product was born from sheer passion to help aid independent living.
